This is a 3 spout, side-by-side system for filling hydrated lime powder into 50 pound paper valve bags. The valve bag fillers are all impeller packers.
Filling Hydrated Lime Powder into 50 pound Paper Valve Bags
The bags are manually placed on the fill spout by one person sitting in the operator’s chair. This chair allows him to reach each spout quickly and ergonomically. The average bag filling rate is 14-17 bags per minute using the 3 spouts.

Once the bags are filled, they are discharged from the filling spout onto the discharge and take away conveyor. The conveyor moves the bags though a bag flattener to condition them for palletizing. The bags are then stacked on a pallet using an automatic bag palletizer. Once the pallets are complete, the system will then shrink wrap the pallets for shipping.
