50 pound bags are filled on 2 separate bagging lines with mineral products and then fed into bag sealing equipment. After filling and sealing, the bags are transferred to robotic palletizers that automatically stack the bags on pallets. Once the pallets are full, they are automatically conveyed to a single conveyor with traffic control that automatically indexes them into an automatic stretch wrapper.

The automatic stretch wrapper uses a turntable to spin and wrap the pallets. During the wrapping process, a hood (sheet of plastic) is automatically draped over the pallet to lock the top bags in place and provide protection. After wrapping, the pallets are fed to the end of the bagging line where an operator retrieves them for shipping or storage.
