1. Grain and Seed Mixers

These grain and seed mixers prioritize durability, efficiency, and affordability. Utilizing gravity for mixing, they require less energy and provide quick, gentle, and thorough blending of grains, seeds, fertilizers, and more. They are also an excellent choice for delicate blends like grass seeds, wildflower seeds, and cover crops.

The mixing drum turns at 4 revolutions per minute, gently blending grains and seeds. The horizontally rotating drum is mounted at a slight incline which causes the product to flow to the back of the drum, where it is scooped up and dropped into the central auger. When the discharge door is closed, grains and seeds flow back into the hopper and forward to repeat the mixing process in a gentle blending action. The mixer does not need to be running to load.

Feed Mixers

These feed mixers are designed for cost-effective Total Mixed Ration (TMR) blending, minimizing downtime and maintenance. They feature a horizontal rotating drum for efficient mixing, requiring low horsepower and energy. Mix up to 10% molasses in any livestock forage. All feeds can be mixed in as little as 3-5 minutes.

With customizable capacities from 98 cubic feet up to a customizable 640 cubic feet, they suit various feed lot, farm, and feed mill sizes. These feed and forage mixers range in size from about 8-16 feet in length and 6-10 feet in height.
