Entry-Level Gantry Palletizer Systems
(stack up to 10 bags / min)

These automatic entry level gantry palletizer systems can stack bags up to 10 bags per minute with a maximum bag size up to 30 x 40 inches and a maximum pallet size up to 54 x 80 inches and 7.5 feet high (higher upon request). We can also integrate a complete line of bag infeed conveyors including bag turners and bag kickers.

The bag gripper that retrieves bags from the infeed conveyor is designed to automatically accommodate a wide range of bags sizes without adjustment. Touch-screen controls allow for easy set up and recall of saved bag stacking recipes. After a full pallet has been stacked, a forklift operator will retrieve the full pallet and replace it with a new empty pallet.

Medium-High Speed Gantry Palletizer Systems (stack up to 22 bags / min)

These automatic medium-high speed gantry palletizer systems can stack up to 22 bags per minute with a maximum bag size up to 30 x 40 inches and a maximum pallet size up to 54 x 60 inches and 8 feet high (higher upon request). These types of auto palletizers also include a complete line of bag infeed conveyors that deliver the bags to the top of the system where a bag bucket or gripper retrieves the bags and stacks them neatly on a pallet below. A forming cage raises and lowers automatically as the pallet stack grows.

More advanced automation is also provided in this type of gantry palletizer system including an automatic pallet dispenser, automatic slip sheet dispenser, automated pallet wrappers, and full pallet accumulation conveyors. Touch-screen controls allow for easy set up and recall of saved bag stacking recipes.
