CBE Model 250 Re-Bagger
This valve bagging machine (CBE Model 250 Re-Bagger) allows for recycling and repackaging of rejected material from existing open mouth and valve bags into valve bags. It is capable of filling up to 5 bags per minute.
The recycled material is unloaded into the receiving hopper which contains a grate to prevent oversized material from entering above the auger-driven fill spout.

Material is then moved into the empty valve bag. The valve bag is filled volumetrically.
The Model 250 uses 115/1/60 power and does not require compressed air to operate. Included is a motor starter enclosure and a start/stop switch to start and stop the bag filling. The machine is available in carbon steel or 304SS for material contact. The machine can be base mounted or placed on casters for easy relocation in the packaging area.
