Vibrating screens provide consistent and accurate sizing of material for a waste wood recycling system. The waste wood will be turned into products like garden mulch, compost, biomass, or a bedding material.
Raw waste wood material is fed into a variable speed vibrating feeder. The feed rate is adjusted for product density. The first vibrating screen removes oversized material, which is sent back for shredding. Then, the material is sent through a fines removal trommel. After that, it is sent through two more vibratory screens for secondary screening. Spreader feeders are used for improving material distribution across the width of the screens.
