This Pneumatic Conveying System was installed at a paint production facility and was used to convey Titanium Dioxide over a distance of 400 feet to material receiving hoppers. It was also designed to pneumatically convey calcined clay, calcium carbonate, mica, amortized silica and feldspar.

Dome valve for use with pneumatic conveying system for Refuse Derived Fuel or RDF. Controls are explosion proof and in case of power or utility loss, the dome valve automatically closes and pressurizes the seal. The valves are CSA listed and are mounted on the customer’s lock hoppers.
Pneumatic conveying system using the 0.75/6-2 Ashveyor allowed this cast plaque foundry to reduce new foundry sand purchase requirements. It also reduced the used foundry sand disposal requirements.
This type of sand pump and transport system are able to move sand, and other abrasive bulk solids, in a discontinuous, dense-phase, pneumatic conveying system, or slug flow.
Ash conveyor systems designed specifically for conveying hot, abrasive ash such as bottom ash or fly ash from boiler beds, bag houses, or electrostatic precipitators. These systems can handle temperatures up to 650F (1800F with assembly) and can be arranged in a single line of 1 to 10 units. The Macawber Pneumatic Ash Conveyor Systems also use about 50% less energy than typical fly ash conveying systems.
