Simple, economical Bag Sealing System allows a single operator to fill and heat seal up to four (4) plastic or foil bags per minute. The Bagging System includes 8′ wide belt type Bag Closing Conveyor,  clamp type heat sealer with mounting pedestal and variable speed bag indexing controls to control the speed of the filled bag on the take away filled bag conveyor. The filled bag heat sealing system can be used with any of the open mouth bag filling machines listed on our website.

Dome valve for use with pneumatic conveying system for Refuse Derived Fuel or RDF.  Controls are explosion proof and in case of power or utility loss, the dome valve automatically closes and pressurizes the seal.  The valves are CSA listed and are mounted on the customer’s lock hoppers.

A coal ash crusher consisting of a double roll, single stage ash crusher is positioned at the discharge of the ash hopper.  The ash is to be used in a coal fired power plant burning Powder River Basin coal.  The ash from the collector is required to be crushed and delumped before entering the pneumatic conveying system which removes the ash to a storage silo.

Ash Conveyor Systems Under Hoppers

Ash conveyor systems designed specifically for conveying hot, abrasive ash such as bottom ash or fly ash from boiler beds, bag houses, or electrostatic precipitators.  These systems can handle temperatures up to 650F (1800F with assembly) and can be arranged in a single line of 1 to 10 units.  The Macawber Pneumatic Ash Conveyor Systems also use about 50% less energy than typical fly ash conveying systems.
