Paddle Refractory Mixers
New and improved refractory paddle mixers are designed for mixing the difficult materials: dry, semi-dry and low moisture refractory castable materials. These rugged batch mixers are built to handle refractory mixing requirements.
Features:
- Specially Designed Seal – prevents leakage around the shaft even during “overload” conditions
- Enlarged Access Doors – to expedite the cleaning of the drum area
- Paddle Design – creates a “cross current” mixing action for an extremely thorough homogenous mix
- Available in 21, 30 and 54 cubic foot input capacities

- Standard V-Belt drive systems reduce stress to increase performance life
- Compact, Self-Contained – these mixers can be moved to where the mix is needed, can be truck or trailer mounted
- Self-Contained Power Panel – starter, heater overloads, fuses, lockable disconnect switch and transformer
- 230v or 460v – and optional 110v outlets to power accessories
- Water System – with meter, water tank and control eliminates dependence on local water pressure for increased portability
- Air-operated discharge gate – provides fast clean discharge, Air-compressor or self-contained hydraulic systems are also available
