Model 2000 Semi-Automatic Bag Palletizer System

 

The Model 2000 Bag Palletizer can be designed around your plant layout utilizing our standard components.

 

For 3,000 lb, 48 inch x 48 inch pallet capacity, the basic system includes:

• Bag incline / flattening conveyor ( 18ft x 2ft )
• Bag accumulation / bag staging conveyor ( 11ft x 2ft ) Includes brake motor and variable speed drive
• Overall conveyor length extends to 16ft 9in with the addition of a slip sheet dispenser
• Empty pallet magazine and tine system
• Empty pallet live roller conveyor (8 ft 3 in x 52 in effective width / 35 fpm)
• Overall conveyor length extends to 15 ft with the addition of a slip sheet dispenser

This bag palletizer system is versatile because the bag inflow can be added in any direction. The operator platform and auxiliary air table can also be reconfigured. Overall, this low cost option requires very little floor space.

 

EZ-45 Pallet Loading Station

 

The EZ-45 Pallet Loading Station in every sense of the word. They are designed to eliminate worker bending by automatically raising and lowering pallets during loading or unloading without the use of mechanical springs. EZ Loaders also allow easy pallet rotation so the worker does not have to reach or strain. As the load weight changes, the EZ Loader automatically adjusts, keeping the top of the load at a convenient working height. The patented pneumatic operating system found only in the EZ Loader has proven to be the top choice of industry professionals worldwide.

Synergy 0.50 Stretch Pallet Wrapper

 

Designed for the low volume industrial user, the Synergy 0.50 pallet wrapper machines are the affordable solution for unitizing your loads while stretching the film further and wrapping the loads tighter and at a lower cost than manual hand wrap applications. Press the foot switch and the turntable rotates while the operator applies the film up or down. The film carriage is counterbalanced for easy placement of the film on the load. Use standard hand wrap from 12 to 18 inches wide.

 

The patented STRETCH SET film delivery system delivers the flexibility to adjust film stretch to match your load-holding requirements. The heavy-duty 65″ diameter turntable is adjustable from 0-12 rpm and can be loaded with a fork lift or with a pallet jack using an optional ramp.

Synergy 1.00 Stretch Pallet Wrapper

 

The Synergy 1.00 Pallet Wrapper Machines are a  Low Profile system will stretch wrap any standard sized loads up to 80″ using Highlight’s patent pending Stretch-Set™ film delivery system. The Stretch-Set system precisely controls film stretch from 60% to 125%, maximizing package strength and film economy while allowing you to preset desired film stretch for repeatable stretch levels, load after load.

Synergy 1.50 Stretch Pallet Wrapper

 

The Synergy 1.50 will stretch wrap any load up to 80″ with preset fixed-gear stretch level and full independent control of the film force. The Synergy 1.50 pallet wrapper machine has a standard pre-stretch level of 200%. This allows even light unstable loads to be wrapped at the lowest possible cost and the maximum load holding force.
