Bulk Bag Filling System for Carbon Black Beads
This bulk bag filling system was used to fill bulk bags with carbon black beads.
The system has an adjustable height jack screw to accommodate multiple size bulk bags 42 to 84 inches tall. It also has a bag inflation device that inflates the bag before filling.
An automatic pallet dispenser, or pallet destacker, moves a wooden pallet from the stack to below the bulk bag filler over automatic roller conveyors.
There is a vibrating table located below the roller conveyor to allow for densification of bags while filling.
