This bag flattener conveyor is used to flatten open mouth bags filled with fertilizer before they are conveyed to a palletizer for uniform stacking.
The conveyor is specifically designed to remove excess air and level out product in filled bags. When the air is removed, the bag is more uniform in size and shape. This allows for a tighter and more stable stacking pattern on a standard shipping pallet.

The bag flattener conveyor can easily be adjusted to accommodate different bag thicknesses. It is available in a 24 inch belt width with frame lengths sizes of 10 feet, 12 feet, 14 feet, or 16 feet. All conveyors are built with 6 inch structural c-channels with powder coated frames. 220 or 440 volt, 3 phase, and 60 cycle electrical components are standard.
